Service with a warning icon indicates that the service has errors. |
![]() |
Service with a stopwatch icon indicates that the service has latency or response time issues. |
![]() |
Service with both stopwatch and warning icons indicate that the service has both errors and latency/response time issues. |
-
Critical (red) - Service has anomalies or threshold breach in multiple metrics. For the default thresholds, Critical status indicates average service response time > 200 ms AND error count > 0
-
Review (orange) - Service has anomalies or threshold breach in any one of the metrics. For the default thresholds, Review status indicates average service response time > 200 ms OR error count > 0
-
Good (green) - Service with no anomalies or no threshold breach. For the default thresholds, Good status indicates no error and average service response time < 200 msFor more information on anomalies, see Monitor services using the golden signal metrics. For more information on thresholds, see Configure thresholds in service graph.
-
TCP – Indicates the service is using the TCP protocol.
-
SSL, HTTP – Indicates the service is using the SSL over HTTP protocol.
-
SSL, TCP – Indicates the service is using the SSL over TCP protocol.NoteThe service without a protocol indicates the service is using the HTTP protocol.
