For Citrix Hypervisor based NetScaler SDX appliances, use the dom0 Linux root shell. To access the dom0 shell, log on to the Citrix Hypervisor management IP address instead of the SDX Management Service IP address, using the
rootaccount, not thensrootaccount. -
For Linux based appliances, use the Linux bash root shell.

Login to dom0 Linux root shell.

Run the following command:

In the Management Service user interface, navigate to the Configuration > System.

Click Reboot Appliance.

Manually created local LOM user accounts (specifically, all accounts except the default ns root account).
